Nymphenburg Porcelain Cockatoo Bird Figure Figurine Porzellan Kakadu Vogel Figur

A figurine of a cockatoo bird made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. It is hand painted elegantly with nice colors and is just plain cute. This one is the rarer orange colored version. The bird is sitting on a branch in a flower pot. The piece is 6.5 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. Marked with the impressed shield mark as well as numbers 677 and P. Also marked with an incised artist mark LS for L. It is also marked with the green Nymphenburg shield mark as shown in the pictures. Another impressed shield mark on one front leg of the flower pot. The figurine is in perfect condition. German Germany 20thC Vogelfigur vintage. If you like my goodies have a look at my other auctions for a lot more top maker pieces like KPM, Worcester and so on. Italy Porcelain HP Falcon Bird on Tasseled Pillow Figure 7 1/2 Excellent. Here is a very beautiful hand-painted porcelain figure of a falcon on a tasseled pillow. Figure measures about 7 1/2 tall. It is marked “Italy” on base. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are some minor marks to unglazed base. There are felt pads on base. Gold trim is in excellent condition without wear. I have seen this figure attributed to Mottahedeh but have not been able to definitively make the ID. Top quality modeling and decoration.
