Antique 19thC Amstel Porcelain Bird Scene Cup & Saucer Porzellan Tasse Dutch

A fun cup and saucer made by Amstel in about 1809. Both pieces are hand painted with nice scene of a bird on a tree or bush branch with a gold trim to the edge and handle. The set is in great condition with some wear to the gold trim of the cup as shown. Nothing too bad and the two pieces display perfectly. Both are marked with the above glaze black Amstel mark that is quite rare. Also an incised letter K to the saucer and script L to the cup. The cup is just over 2.375 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.375 inches. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and just under 5 inches in diameter. Holland Netherlands 19th century scenic. Antique 19th century Chinese export porcelain bird figure of a dove or pigeon standing on a rock, Guangxu periode 1875 – 1908. Exceptional quality and detail including relief molded feathers, piercing eyes and sharp beak. In very good condition, only some very light wear at the beak. Look at the pictures these will tell much more than my description. Measures ” tail to beak 9,05″ and about 6,69 tall. An absolute must for collectors. All items are very professionally packed. Has the jianding wax seal on the back as provenance of age, as well as rust-spots on the bottom. It stands 12-1/4 tall and is in excellent condition, no damage or restoration. Its eyes have a spot of cobalt blue, and its tongue is even depicted with a tiny sliver of porcelain, very beautiful piece. Feel free to message me with any questions.
