Originating from China during the Qing Dynasty Era/Chinese Republic Period, these figurines capture the essence of animal theme with intricate details. The handpainted craftsmanship and color vibrancy add a unique and beautiful artistry to these striking birds, making it a charming addition to any collector’s display of Asian antiques. Please see pictures as they are part of item description. The textures of the trees is rough and will need A LOT of patience and gentle hands during cleaning. Not my expertise! The bark of the tree being artisinally crafted and painted with tone after tone. They are a work of art. When I have inspected /photographed, I see no signs chipping or damage. I expect there to be flaws in something from the 1930’s, but it is quite rare to find a pair in this great condition and still together. These truly are special and I would hate for them to get damaged in transit and have zero recourse. Message me directly to discuss those options. Thanks for checking this listing out!
