This Boehm Blue-throated Hummingbirds with Morning Glories sculpture is exquisitely hand-painted and hand-crafted using traditional methods derived from the ancient Chinese process of porcelain-making. The pure porcelain is fused at very high temperatures; so sunlight, cold, water and passage of time will not affect it or fade the artwork. It depicts two blue-throated hummingbirds nestled amongst a bed of morning glories. The delicate craftsmanship and attention to detail make this a must-have for any avid collector of decorative figurines. From my parents estate – please note that upon further examination, it appears that one flower petal was broken and repaired. EVerything else looks good. Limited Edition of 750 pieces.
