Limoges France Box -parrot- Multi-colored Feathers & Leaves -flower Clasp- Birds

This colorful Limoges box is a purple parrot, with a beige belly and a 22KT gold beak and legs, perched on a rock. He is decorated with red, blue, yellow, green, and white feathers and leaves, edged in gold, and a gold stripe is on the white base. A stemmed flower is the clasp, and a gold swirl is painted inside. Limoges game bird set

An outstanding game set consisting of a platter and 12 plates. 6 different birds and repeat in the other 6 plates. There is a large amount of gold highlights. The condition is excellent. There is one small rubbed area of the gold rim on the platter as pictured. According to Gaston’s book Limoges Porcelain, it was made in 1890 since the mark “Limoges, Depose” was used then and in 1891 it changed to “Limoges, France”. It was made by Laternier. The red overglaze mark indicates that it was factory decorated. The platter is 18.5″x11″ and 2.5 deep. The plates are 8.75 in diameter. One plate has been broken in half and glued together.

Faberge Limited Edition Limoges Fine Porcelain Imperial Egg. This amazing piece is almost impossible to find. The fabulous Imperial FABERGE Limoges Fine Porcelain egg is a unique collaboration of Faberge and Limoges. The egg is a beautiful deep blue color and accented in hand applied gold paint. The integrated stand, rim band and clasp (Featuring the Imperial Romanov Eagle) are 24k gold-plated. Open the egg and you will find a classic Faberge “surprise”, a swooping bird of prey in the center of a golden floor. Metal is gold-plate sterling silver. The floor of the interior is marked “Faberge”, 925 and the limited edition number 137. The bottom is hand marked Faberge, Limoges France, Serie Limitee (Limited Edition). The egg Measures just under 4 tall. The egg is in GOOD BUT USED/HANDHELD CONDITION. There is no box of COA and there is some tarnishing on the metal. 6 Different Limoges Phoenix Bird 9 1/2 Plates a la Chelsea

Wave orle surrounded by a gold band in mint condition. Six different birds in the Chelsea style but most probably by Limoges. This phoenix bird was copied by many French and English porcelain makers, but the true original was made by Chelsea in the late 18th century and the early 19th one.

A Very nice SAUCER. Came from a gallery in bruxelles who expositioned this tableware during the expo of 1958 in bruxelles. It is hand paint by a french artist and the porcelain is from the region Limoges in France, well known for top quality porcelain. 24 cm lenght and 15 cm height.
