The Glaze is Still Bright And Lustrous With a Very Subtle Small Crackle Through it. During The Qing Dynasty This Type of Figure Was Exported to The West in Large Quantities And Today We Refer to it as Chinese Export Ware. I Have Owned Several of These Birds Over The Years But Not in This Blue Color. And it is This Color That Really Separates This From Others. It is Striking Yet Somehow Quite Unassuming, if That Makes Sense. He Sits Upon a Simple Rock Work Base His Feet Firmly Perched a Top. The Glaze Runs Over Parts of The Foot Rim. He is in Excellent Condition And Will Only Improve Any Mantle or Cabinet He Resides in. Measures Approximately 8H x 4W (Base). Bird itself measures 7 Diagonally.
