These are a set of two white ceramic bird sculptures created by Swiss ceramist Gérald Olivier around 1970. The sculptures feature streamlined forms with mottled glazed ceramic bodies and metal beaks and eyes. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in shape and size may be expected. They are a notable example of mid-century modern animal sculptures.
