This Pair of Porcelain Highness Golden Pheasant Figurines by Dresden are intricately designed decorative collectibles from the early 20th century. Made of porcelain and featuring a multicolor hand painted design, these figurines are a charming addition to any room. The brand Dresden is known for its quality craftsmanship, and these figurines are a rare find in this condition. They both have a handpainted “Made in Germany” on the inside/underside. They are both stamped Dresden, though one is on the base. It is quite light, but much more legible than the on stamped on the uneven porcelain inside. It looks like one of the birds’ beak is very slightly chipped (I could only tell by feeling it) – but it must have happened some time ago – there is some patina to the area (see the photo). It is not noticeable from most angles, but I tried to show you as many angles as possible.
