This colorful sculpture is meticulously hand painted and measures stands approx. 11 high including the black base. The exotic bird has a long bill and plumage in shades or purple, teal, and magenta. It comes to you in overall Excellent vintage condition with a small, long scratch/chip in the middle of the back. The colors on the legs appear to be blended or mottled. There is some tarnish on the birds feet. The bird is perched on a gold branch with shell shaped porcelain leaves. I could not find any signature or markings, but believe the original label was on the bottom of the base and has been lost.
