Its brass legs and brass vegetation are equally detailed. Finally, the porcelain base it is standing on (with wood beneath) is beautifully painted. Measuring 16 tall, it is in EXCELLENT condition with no damage…. Just a few small spots of missing paint under the neck. There are no identifying marks.
