Rare to find double bird figurines from global I believe they’re probably handpainted. They are in wonderful condition. No chips cracks bit with confidence came from an estate in lower Michigan.

Charming mid-century Goebel porcelain bullfinch figurine, modeled by Frobek and perched on a naturalistic branch with red berries. The piece is finely hand-painted with rich color and detail, a lovely example of West German wildlife porcelain from the mid-1900s. Condition: Very good overall condition; general wear; kindly see photos. Measurements: 5.5 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide. Vintage 1977 Goebel W Germany Hand Painted White Stork Figurine 6.5. This fellow is so majestic. From the birds and country legacy collection. Made in West Germany. Makers mark on the bottom impress and sticker. Goebel Porzellanfabrik started making porcelain in Oeslau (later known as Rödental), Germany. At this time they had a limited range of items they products. This was limited to dinnerware and figurines. 1934: Goebel started to looking at producing a line of figures that captured the innocent and sweetness of children.
