Magnificent hand painted Japanese porcelain tiles, framed set. 25.25″ high x 7.25″ wide, matched set of 2. Framed with wood frames painted black lacquer. Each piece has 4 tiles, 6 each. Hand painted Quail/ Partridge birds with grass and seeds. Artist’s signature and chop mark on bottom tiles. Ornate brass Asian hanger on back of each, ready to hang. / Pressure treated wood backs to distribute weight of tiles, very secure. Original gold foil CDGC Japan Imports sticker on back. The frame measures 14 3/4″ x 14 3/4″ and the plaque measures approximately 4 1/2 in diameter.
