Is a symbol of high virtue and grace. An old Chinese book. Records that each part of fenghuangs body symbolizes a Chinese character, respectively. With slight wings spread, the two fenghuang birds are delicately hand painted in rich colors. The bottoms are stamped, as one shows China, the rest are unrecognizable. 6 high x 2 ¼ wide (across widest parts) x 1 ¾ base diameter. Condition: Very good, with no chips, cracks or any repairs.
