Antique Chinese 13.5 Porcelain Bird Figurines Phoenix Statue Famille Rose. These beautiful and colorful birds are about 13.5 and 13.75 tall. There is only one chip in the ceramic, to the back of one of the combs. The same section on the other bird has some color loss. The bird with the chip has about a dozen spots that might look like chips in the photos, but are actually from the glaze not catching in that spot or the glaze chipping off. The second bird only has a couple of spots like that. Each phoenix has a square signature stamped into the porcelain on the bottom, and a CHINA stamp as well. One has a piece of tape on the bottom, but is now impossible to read. There are some dirty spots on the bottom from use, and one spot that looks like a chip (see arrow), which I believe is from the manufacturing process. _gsrx_vers_625 GS 6.9.7 (625).
